All grade 7 students will receive their first Hep B Vaccine on Monday, October 3.

All grade 8 girls will receive their HPV Vaccine on Monday, October 3.

Nurses from the Public Health Department will be here all day on Monday, October 3. If you have not submitted the permission form for the vaccine(s) please have your child come to the office and request the forms for you to complete prior to Monday. Or please feel free to drop by the school’s office and complete the form with Mrs. Adair.
