Students play, teachers learn during May 5 PD Day

While students were away from the classroom on Friday, May 5, more than 1,000 secondary teachers hit local movie theatres—to learn. District 24-Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation (OSSTF) members participated in a TED talk-inspired session, delivered by their colleagues and community members as part of a day of learning on a range of topics.

Camp Wabanaki Parent Information Meeting

There will be a Parent Information Meeting on Wednesday, May 10, 2017, for our Camp Wabanaki Trip. The Meeting will be held in our School Gymnasium at 7:00 pm and will last approximately 45 minutes. We will discuss details of the trip including the daily activity schedule, rules and safety, what to bring, menu, etc.

Reminder- Information on Internet safety

All parents/guardians are welcome to come to the school tomorrow evening starting at 7pm to hear about some helpful information on social media and internet safety.  K-W counselling will be facilitating the presentation.  We look forward to seeing you in our gym tomorrow!
