As Halloween quickly approaches, we would like to share with you that we will hold a spirit day on Monday, October 31st which includes the option of a Dance, a Movie or participation in our Games Room.

Students may wear black and orange clothes or a Halloween costume.  If you choose to have your child wear a costume, please remember that students are not to wear masks, or have any weapons (plastic swords, knives, guns, etc.) that are carried with them.  Please keep them at home.  Students are permitted to wear the costumes for the entire day, however, you may choose to bring in a change of clothes for them to change at one of the nutrition breaks.

We are also kindly requesting that we do not have Clown costumes this year as a show of respect for so many who have been made to feel unsafe in our community as a result of resent events in the media.

Tickets for the dance will be sold during the first breaks on Friday, October 28 and on Monday, October 31, just outside the lunchrooms. The ticket is $5.00 per child and will include admittance to the dance, as well as 2 items from the student led Canteen. Students who are not participating in the dance may still purchase items at the canteen. Everything will be sold for $1.00.
