The Board’s Parent Involvement Committee (PIC) is pleased to hold its 5th full-day event for families of WRDSB students:
Strengthe
ning Family-School Relationships: Achieving Excellence and Well-Being for All Students.
The event will take place on Saturday, April 16, 2016, from 9:00-3:00, at Bluevale Collegiate Institute in Waterloo.
The day’s session includes a keynote address by Monique Howat: How to Raise Confident and Motivated Kids (including strategies and tools), and workshops related to student whole-body wellness, Literacy/Reading, Science and Math, and navigating the school system.
