Maverick parents, we are excited to announce that we have booked Cat Coode of Binary Tattoo to speak to our students and staff on March 11.  Cat will challenge our students to purposely develop their own positive digital footprint.  Recently Cat shared with Laurentian students that 1 in 3 students will potentially close a door with a job interview or school application due to the digital footprint they created with photos posted and words and thoughts shared in print.

Coosje Weber, principal of Laurentian Senior Public School, has graciously invited Margaret Avenue parents to join Laurentian’s parent session with Cat this Wednesday, February 11 @ 6:45 p.m. at Laurentian. Cat Coode from Binary Tattoo will be giving some great tips for parents to help their child navigate and create a positive footprint on the web.
