As we continue to experience the joys of Canadian winter weather, it is important to remind our students about their safety. Students are reminded to be extra careful walking to, and from school, and staying off of the roads even when sidewalks are difficult to navigate. As well, students should take extra precautions in crossing streets, and making sure that cars are actually stopped before crossing, to ensure that they are not slipping into intersections.
Students are also reminded to come to school dressed appropriately for winter; wearing a winter coat, hat, mittens or gloves and boots are important in this cold weather, (even for cool senior school students!).
